Neil Enslin


Neil Enslin is the Health and Safety Manager for Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal and has served the Association for more than 11 years. He started his working career with Mondi Kraft in 1994 and completed his N4 Paper achieving qualification. In 2000, he changed his focus to Safety Risk Management and later qualified as an Occupational Health and Safety Risk Management Officer. He obtained his National Diploma in Safety Management in 2005 through UNISA and is a registered Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent with SACPCMP, Chartered Member with SAQA and Certified Occupational Health and Safety Professional member of Saiosh. When it comes to Construction Health in Safety in South Africa, Neil is widely regarded as the industry's leading expert.

Tasvir started his career in the safety industry in 2005. He completed his SHEMTRAC course in 2010 and is in the process of obtaining his registration as a Construction Health and Safety Officer(CHSO) with SACPCMP. Tasvir has worked on medium to large projects. He started at Edstan Construction and moved over to Stefanutti Stocks where he did most of his training. Tasvir is also a member of the South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (SAIOSH). His role within the Association is Health and Safety officer, advising and assisting members on how best to comply with all Construction Health and Safety Standards, Acts and relevant regulations.
