Victor Smith


Victor Smith was educated in Durban and after completing his teacher education, taught at schools in Johannesburg and Durban. After sixteen years as an educator, Victor moved to a private training provider were his functions included:

  • Management of the Fundamentals Training Department;
  • Management of special projects;
  • Development of course curricula;
  • Development of course material;
  • Translation of SAQA curricula to training manuals;
  • Research into good international business practice and the translation of this into course materials;
  • Conducting adult training courses;
  • Leading educational seminars and workshops;
  • New Business Development; and
  • Assessing ...

He was also closely engaged with the CETA; ESETA; Umalusi; and the Department of Education on various levels. After four years Victor moved to the Master Builders Association of Kwa- Zulu Natal were he now serves as the Training Manager. He currently represents employer stakeholders on the CETA Authority and on its Executive Committee. He is also a member of Master Builders Association of South Africa (MBSA) Education and Training Committee.

Prishana Datadin


Prishana graduated with an Honours degree in Human Resource Development, currently studying a Masters Degree of Commerce in Human Resource Management which will be complete end of this year. She have six years of experience in training and development and human resource management. Worked for companies: PC Training and Business College for 5(+-)years as a lecturer and HR Generalist. Worked for Subtech Group less than a year as an HR Generalist.

Zama Zulu


Zama studied photography at Durban University of Technology and graduated in April 2011. Upon completion of her studies, she worked at Pandays studios where she operated as photographer and photo editor. She began working for the Association in 2011 assisting Jhan in the copy print retail outlet.
